Did not receive product.
Received an email advising that my package was lost. Was offered an option to have a new batch sent via FedEx or to cancel my order and receive an immediate refund. I responded to the email the same day and had advised to cancel my order. It’s been a week and I’ve received no response, nor have I received my refund.
